A session with me can include an integration of therapies best suited to help you reach your goals. We always begin with practices of self-care and self-compassion, understanding we are doing the best we can in the moment. Together we will explore unconscious behavior patterns that keep you stuck or sabotage your ability to move forward.
Next, I teach you regulation techniques that help decrease negative thoughts, develop an emotional language, and learn somatic practices to help you ground. This allows for a deeper exploration and development of greater self awareness and self-actualization. We may explore creative activities for easier incorporation of mindfulness and presence. Through somatic trauma healing online, you will learn to tune in to your body.
